We aim to provide a high quality service at the Regional Fertility Centre (RFC)  and  Regional Andrology Service ( RAS) and we welcome feedback of your experience of our service.

To find out what patients think about the service we undertake annual patient surveys and also provide a comments box for patients to give us feedback at any time during their visits to the RFC or RAS.

Making a Complaint

If you are unhappy with your experience of the service we want you to let us know so we can resolve the issue or problem to your satisfaction. 

To make a complaint you can either:

  • You can speak to any member of RFC staff and if they are not able to deal with your issue they will foward it to a more senior member of staff who will contact you. Or you may wish to put  in writing.

     We will aim to resolve the matter with you informally and confidentially and this will not affect     any     aspect     of   your treatment. All complaints are kept confidential and are not recorded in your medical records.

  • You can submit your complaint via the Trust's complaints department wither verablly or in writing.
